Practice Valuations

A comprehensive analysis to determine the financial value of an existing practice is essential to a successful transition. We will examine past and current financial and practice records of the practice to determine its true worth on the market, whether for a buyer or seller. We do this within a reasonable amount of time. Whereas some brokers take weeks or longer to get a practice valuation done, we offer a two week guarantee. If we don't deliver the product within the specified period of time promised, you get it for free.

Financing

We find that many of our clients have a need for financing to buy a practice, start a practice from scratch or to refinance existing debt in order to lower monthly payments. Over the years we have developed a relationship with many lenders, both local and on a national level, who provide us the ability to deliver good loan products to our clients. In some cases, we have been able to lower our clients' monthly debt service payments by over $4,000/month.
