Howard Farran had a great suggestion on his podcast today.  Use this down time in your practice to do the big projects you never had time to do!  The example was switching your dental software.  It’s a huge, potentially overwhelming project; and very hard to do while the practice is actually running.  But right now…there’s government mandated time to take care of some of these items.  We have to look for the silver linings where we can find them, right?
